Agra
   Agra is the city of Taj and that is what the most important and beautiful construction in the city.Taj Mahal was built in the memory of his favorite wife Mumtaz Mahal. It took almost the entire treasury and 22 years to get the wonderful monument constructed. The Taj Mahal is considered to be the symbol of undying love. It is supposed to be a timeless beauty that depicts the splendor of a woman who truly loved her husband. The Taj Mahal continues to enthrall not just visitors but also artists, painters, sculptors, poets and photographers Agra  is  the one of the prominent destinations of the World Tourism  map with  three heritage monuments -The Taj Mahal, Fatehpur Sikri  & Red Fort. Agra is also famous for handicrafts products such as Inley work on Marvel, Leather work,Footwear, Brasswear, Carpets, Jwellery, Zari and Embroidery work.
Jhansi
   Jhansi is an important tourist destination in Uttar Pradesh and is known for its insight in to the life and History of the Bundelkhand region. Jhansi grew in popularity during the reign of the Marathas because of the heroics of its valiant queen, Rani Lakshmi Bai. She had valiantly fought against the Britishers during the 1857 revolt. Jhansi Fort, Jhansi Museum, Rani Mahal are the top attractions in Jhansi. Jhansi fort was built in 1613 and today has a wonderful collection of sculptures that depicts the history of Bundelkhand. It is said that Jhansi grew around this fort which crowns a neighboring rock. There are many sculptures of the 9th to 12th centuries found in the Rani Mahal too. The museum of Jhansi houses regional antiques like sculptures, manuscripts, paintings, arms and silver, gold and copper coins.
Fatehpur Sikri
   Fatehpur Sikri was Akbar's capital for approximately 12 years. Fatehpur Sikri Fort was commissioned in the year 1570 and was completed in 5 years. Akbar experimented both with architecture and art and built a city expressing his ideals and vision. Today, Fatehpur Sikri is a deserted, phantom city. But the inner citadel is immaculately preserved. The finest monuments within this area are the Diwan-i-Am, Diwan-i-Khas, Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza and the tomb of Saint Sheikh Salim Chishti, and the Jama Masjid (one of the largest mosques In India). most important buildings of the Fatehpur Sikri Fort Complex are Private Living Quarter, Miriam Palace, Jodhabai' s Palace, Diwan-e-Aam, Diwan-e-Khas.
Mathura
   Mathura is the land of Krishna. Brajbhoomi - the land where Shri Krishna was born and spent his youth, has today little towns and hamlets that are still alive with the Krishna legend and still redolent with the music of his flute. Vrindavan, a village - once noted for its fragrant groves, is where he spent an eventful youth. Dwarkadhish Temple, Government Museum, Krishna Janambhoomi, Kusum Sarovar are the top tourist attractions in Mathura.
Varanasi
   Varanasi, the holy city of India, is also known by the name of Kashi and Benaras. Kashi, the city of Moksha for Hindus since centuries, is known for its fine-quality silks, 'paan' and Benares Hindu University and Avimukta of the ancient days, Varanasi is the most popular pilgrimage point for the Hindus.  In Hinduism it is believed that those who die and are cremated here get an instant gateway to liberation from the cycle of births and re-births. Considered as the abode of Lord Shiva, Varanasi is situated on the banks of River Ganges, which is believed to have the power of washing away all of one's sins. Varanasi is considered as the oldest city of the world. Varanasi is more than 3000 years old and is famous as the city of temples. The city has various temples and attractions to offer to visitors. Bharat Mata Mandir, Banaras Hindu University, Durga Mandir, Kashi Vishwanath Mandir, Ramnagar Fort, Sankat Mochan Mandir, Tulsi Manas Mandir are the top tourist attractions in Varanasi.
Sarnath
   Sarnath is a famous pilgrimage and tourist destination in India. The city is famous as the seat where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon after he got enlightened in Bodh Gaya. It's famous as the site of the deer park where Gautama Buddha first taught the Dharma and also where the original Sangha was formed. Consequently, it is one of the 4 main Buddhist pilgrimage destinations. Ashoka Pillar at Sarnath is one of the most famous and most visited tourist spot in India. The Ashoka Pillar of Sarnath stood over 17 meters in height. Its capital with the four lions back to back that has been adopted as the official emblem of modern India can be seen in the museum at Sarnath. Allahabad
   Allahabad is synonymous to Sangam and Kumbh. In addition to being a major pilgrimage centre, the city has played an important part in the formation of modern India. Hindu mythology states that Lord Brahma, the creator god, chose a land for 'Prakrishta Yajna'. This land, at the confluence of three holy rivers - Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati, blessed by gods, came to be known as 'Prayag' or 'Allahabad'. The sacred Sangam is the confluence of three of the holiest rivers in Hindu mythology – Ganga, Yamuna and the mythical Saraswati. At the Sangam, the waters of the Ganges and the Yamuna can be distinctly seen to merge into one. It is during the Kumbh/Ardh Kumbh that the Sangam truly comes alive … attracting the devout from all across the country. Allahabad Fort, Patalpuri Temple, Ashoka Pillar, Akshaya Vat are the other attractions near Allahabad.
Ayodhya
   Ayodhya is located in center of the state of Uttar Pradesh. The city of Ayodhya is an important pilgrim place for Hindus in India. It is one of the seven holiest cities of India. Ayodhya is the birthplace of Lord Ram. The ancient scripture of Atharvaveda describes Ayodhya as 'a city built by gods' and compares its prosperity with the glory and splendor of the paradise.  The main tourist attraction of Ayodhya was the Babri Masjid (Mosque), built by the Mughal king Babur. Unfortunately, the traveler can no longer see this monument as it was demolished in the riots that took place here in 1992. It is said that Ayodhya has 7000 temples, but there are some 100 temples of relative significance. Near the remains of the Babri Masjid, the traveler can see the Ram Janmabhumi (birthplace of Lord Ram) shrine. It is believed that Lord Ram spent much of his childhood here. Other places to visit in Ayodhya are Lakshman Ghat, Kala Ram temple and the Kanak Bhavan temple, which was built in the 19th century. There are several Jain shrines in Ayodhya. One kilometer east of the Ram Janmabhumi shrine is Hanumangadhi (Fortress of Hanuman, the revered monkey god and friend/devotee of Lord Ram). It is said that Lord Hanuman lived in a cave nearby to protect the Ram Janmabhumi.
Kanpur
   Nestled on the banks of the eternal Ganga, Kanpur stands as one of North India’s major industrial centres with its own historical, religious and commercial importance. Kanpur is situated amidst Gangetic Plains and has numerous sites of historical importance. Some of these sites are well documented in the chronicles of History. Allen Forest Zoo, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, Jajmau, Kanpur Memorial Church, Jain Glass Temple, Shri Radhakrishna Temple are the places of interest near Kanpur city.
Lucknow
   Lucknow, the city of Nawabs, has never ever lost its relevance in the Indian history and culture. Located in what was historically known as the Awadh region, Lucknow has always been a multicultural city. Courtly manners, beautiful gardens, poetry, music, and fine cuisine patronized by the Persian-loving Shia Nawabs of the city are well known amongst Indians and students of South Asian culture and history. Today, Lucknow is a vibrant city that is witnessing an economic boom and is among the top ten fastest growing non-major-metropolitan cities of India. It is the second largest city in Uttar Pradesh state.
